Companions in Grief

Our Companions in Grief Group meets on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30pm in Room 1. 
We do not offer counseling; we offer support to one another.
All are welcome!  Let us know if you need a ride to the meeting. 

There is no formula for dealing with grief and the emotions that go along with it. Everyone is different and each experiences grief in a different way.  It can be a confusing and isolating time, filling your future with many questions.  You may find comfort to be with others who have experienced a loss.
 
We offer an informal meeting of people experiencing the grief of losing someone they love. Meetings begin with a short presentation, a video, or a guest speaker. The group discusses many topics and all are invited to share at their level of comfort.  Each meeting ends with some time to socialize.
