Music Ministry

St Rita Music Ministry invites you to join us!

As St. Augustine said, “he who sings prays twice!”

Whether you are a long-time parishioner, new to the parish and/or new to music ministry, please consider yourself personally invited to join us in Music Ministry!  We minister at our weekend liturgies, prepare for the different Liturgical Seasons of Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, Lessons and Carols, Webster Festival of Choirs, Praise and Worship Concert and more! In all that we do, we lead and actively support our Parish in worshipping the Lord. We are members of the parish who humbly share our love of singing or playing an instrument and offer it to the Lord for His Glory and Honor!

Here are some of the ways you can join us:

• St. Rita Choir - rehearsals on Wednesdays at 6:30pm; sing at Sunday10:30am Masses
• Saturday Contemporary Group - rehearsals on Saturdays at 4pm; sing at Saturday 5pm Masses
• Angel Choir for grades 2-5; sing on third Sunday of the month at the 10:30 Family Mass
• Festival Choir - a short term time commitment with our larger group for different special seasons or events: Christmas, Easter, Lessons and Carols, and other events
• Instrumentalists or Cantors - please contact June directly
