Vacation Bible School
- Dates: Typically the last week that begins in July
- Times: 9am-12pm
- Ages + Needs:
- Open to students age 4-10.
- Open to youth volunteers in grades 7+.
- If you have an 11-12 year old interested in participating who isn’t in 7th grade yet, feel free to reach out about Leader-in-Training roles. We have limited space available for younger helpers.
- All children in the age range are welcome! Let us know about accessibility needs to make VBS a safe and appropriate experience for your child.
Teen Volunteers
Most youth volunteers lead a small group of 4-5 younger children throughout the day, helping them get safely from station to station and supporting them as they play together. Some youth volunteers will help our adult leaders run the activities at the different stations. Volunteer hours are 8:45am-12:15pm throughout the week of VBS. There is mandatory volunteer training in July and an option to help setup and decorate.
Adult Volunteers
Adults are needed to run each of the activity stations. Lesson/activity plans are provided. Each station is repeated about 5 times throughout the morning with a group of 12-18 children and their teen crew leaders.
