Sacraments

Our sacramental programs prepare people of all ages to receive Sacraments in the Church.  From meeting with a deacon to discover what it means to have your child baptized, to exploring how to more fully use the gifts of the Holy Spirit through Confirmation, to understanding what it means to accept and commit to the sacrament of marriage, we are with you every step of the way.

Sacrament Records

You may be asked for a newly issued baptismal certificate (which includes a list of Sacraments made to date) if you (or your child) are going to be:

• a godparent for a child being baptized
• enrolling in a religious education program or a Catholic school
• receiving your First Communion
• a sponsor for a Confirmation candidate
• getting married in the Catholic Church

Baptismal certificates can only be issued from the church where the Sacrament was received.  If you are not sure where that was, try contacting the parish you are currently registered at to see what their records show. 

Records will only be provided to the recipient, to the parents of a minor recipient, or to the requesting parish.

To request a baptismal certificate, please make sure you have the following information when you contact the Parish Office at 671-1100.

• name of person
• date of birth
• approximate date of baptism
• mailing address of the church where the certificate needs to be sent (or you can pick it up)
