Middle State Accreditation
What is Middle State Accreditation?
Middle State Accreditation is certification that a school has met the standards set forth by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
This is a process where an entity completes a self study. During this review the Mission and Belief statements, the makeup of the community, educational programs, the services provided, the status of our facilities, and financial stability are all examined.
Diocesan schools have completed the system wide accreditation. Schools were visited by a Middle States Association team in early November. The team is "recommending to the Board that the Diocese of Rochester be accredited for a period of seven years."
