C.A.S.E ~ Creating a Safe Environment

Everyone who volunteers in a classroom must take a CASE training (online or in person)

A Criminal Record Check must be done every 3 years. There are no exceptions! If you have completed this training at another parish in the Diocese of Rochester in the past three years, please let Anita Wagner know.

To access the CASE on-line training program, click on the instructions for completing the online training.

Click here to download a Code of Conduct form and Criminal Record Check Release form.

Print out the certificate and complete the Code of Conduct and Criminal Record Check Release form. Completed forms can be dropped off at the school or parish office. Please have a form of ID ready to show at that time.

If you have any questions, contact Elizabeth Kwiatkowski, parish CASE coordinator, at [email protected] or 585-671-1100 x20.
