• Companions in Grief

There is no formula for dealing with grief and the emotions that go along with it. Everyone is different and each experiences grief in a different way.  It can be a confusing and isolating time, filling your future with many questions.  You may find comfort to be with others who have experienced a loss.
 
This is an informal meeting with people experiencing the grief of losing someone they love. Each meeting begins with a short presentation, a video for example, or a guest speaker. We offer group discussion for those who choose to share.  No one is made to feel obligated to share - some choose to just listen.  Then we end with a little social time. 
 
Our Companions in Grief Group meets on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30pm in Room 1. 
We do not offer counseling; we offer support to one another.
All are welcome!  Let us know if you need a ride to the meeting.
